great new website, and here it is. We tried to make it as simple as possible
but if it's all a little much, then here are some FAQ's to help get the
most out of Property Post!
 What
is Property Post for?
Australian real estate for sale, for rent, and also for share accommodation. Buyers and renters list
real estate wanted ads which include details about the type of property
they're looking for and where abouts they want it to be so then the real
estate agents and private property owners who have it, can contact them.
How does Property Post work?
Firstly Property Post is not you're normal real estate website where you advertise property for sale or for rent. We're different and this is why it has been so successful. Instead it's where everyone can advertise property wanted.
So basically people who want to buy, rent, or share real estate can list their specific property and location
requirements so private property owners and real estate agents who have that kind of property can contact them and tell them about theirs. It's a simple and effective system to buy, sell, rent property Australia wide.

How much does it cost to use the new Property
Post?
It's free for everyone to register, list property wanted ads, and search for property wanted.
However registered private owners and agents need
to get a Full
Access Pass in order to view the contact details of those who listed
property wanted ads so they can tell them about their property. Access Passes are only $16.50/month.

Is it For Sales or Rentals?
Both and also includes To Share! You can list wanted to buy, wanted to rent, and wanted to share ads or search for
real estate sales, rentals, and share accommodation wanted.
Who can see my contact details?
Only Property Post registered members (both private property owners and real estate agents)
who have a current Full
Access Pass.
Is my email address shown on my property wanted page?
No. Your email address is kept hidden on the site as members must use the
Property Post private email form to contact you by this method. Once a member
sends an email through our system to another member regarding a property
wanted listing then the reply address will be that of the private owner
or agent and any further email contact between the two are done so in a
normal email to email manner and not through the private Property Post email
system.
The site is not letting me search or is not working correctly. What's wrong?
Like 99% of websites, Property Post is designed for use with javascript.
If you have javascript turned OFF in your browser settings then it will
not work correctly.
Are my details given to anyone else?
Absolutely not. They are only used for the manner intended.
