We promised you a
great new website, and here it is. We tried to make it as simple as possible
but if it's all a little much, then here are some FAQ's to help get the
most out of the new Property Post!
Basically buyers and renters list what type of property they want and where
they want it so then the real estate agents and private property owners
who have it, can contact them.

type of property wanted can I list and search for?
For Sale and For Rent...
Residential house
Unit or Flat
Industrial
Rural (farms)
Acerage
Commercial
Vacant Land
How much does it cost to use the new Property Post?
That's up to you. It's free for everyone to register, search
for property wanted, and list wanted ads. Here at Property Post we're
different to other internet services as we work with an honesty system and
it's you who decides how much this service is worth. And we do not sell
your info to anyone else to make money.
Only if you sell or rent out your house as a result of using Property
Post you may then consider paying us whatever you think is appropriate.
If you don't sell or rent your property by using Property Post then absolutely
no payment is expected. If you've had success
and wish to make a payment then please click here.
Is it for sales or rentals?
Both! You can list wanted to buy or wanted to rent ads and search for both
real estate sales and rentals wanted.
How does Property Post work?
People who want to buy or rent real estate can list their property and location
requirements. Private property owners and real estate agents can then search
for property wanted, in their properties location, and contact those people
who might want what they have to offer.
Who can see my contact details?
Only Property Post registered members. Also your email address is kept
hidden as members must use the Property Post private email form to contact
you by this method. Once a member sends an email through our system to another
member regarding a property wanted listing then the reply address will be
that of the private owner or agent and any further email contact between
the two are done so in a normal email to email manner and not through the
private Property Post email system.
Are my details given to anyone else?
Absolutely not. They are only used for the manner intended.
