of your dealings with any real estate agent or private member as we are
not involved in that process.

breaks, or equipment breakdown.
* We rule that one membership is allowed for one real estate agency. Seperate
agents under one company or agent franchise must have a seperate membership
for each agency.
* Property Post retains the right to delete or modify your listings and registration if we
consider the details provided are false, misleading, or are not relevant
to this site.
* To view contact details associated with any wanted listing you must have a Full Access Pass which expires one month from purchase. You must register as a Property Post member(free) before you have the right to obtain a Full Access Pass and no refunds are available after payment. Pay Pal is used for secure online payments and therefore Property Post is not responsible for any matters concerning the outcome of online payments. You don't need a Full Access Pass to register, list property wanted ads, and search for property wanted.
* Property Post does not operate as a real estate agent, private seller/buyer/renter,
or broker and does not portray itself to be one of these or offer any buying,
selling, renting and financial advice of any kind.
* The Property Post loan and insurance finder services are supplied by our
partners Tomorrow Finance Group Pty Limited and eChoice. Property Post takes
no part in the application process and therefore is not responsible for
any mortgage or insurance contracts finalized by using this service.
* Property Post provides no warranty on any matter or service listed on
this website.
* Property Post can record your IP address for security purposes and all
information you enter is only used for the manner intended.
* Property Post is not responsible for a profit or loss associated with
services listed on this website.
* We are not responsible for emails received, deleted, or not received by
your email client.
* Property Post is not in anyway responsible for the information provided
by any third party site that Property Post displays a link for.
